Q

When do I receive payment from my
customers? |
|
A
|
If you are on a monthly fixed price plan you receive payment instantly as soon as an order is completed online by your customers. The credit card transaction will go directly to your account. If you are on the LIGHT pricing plan, we collect the entire payment from the customer, deduct the sales commission and lab print fees, and then pay you the balance. |
|
|
How do I receive Payment? |
|
A
|
The following are the 3 payment collection scenarios on goPIXit.
1. goPIXit
collects the online payments. Payments are then
made by goPIXit to the photographer,
the photolab, and the shipping service provider.
2. goPIXit
collects the online payments even though the photographer
is being billed directly by its photolab. The entire
online payment amount minus the shipping service
charge is then made by goPIXit to the photographer.
The photographer is then responsible to pay the
photolab directly based on photolab invoice amounts.
3. Photographer collects
the online payments directly. Photographer then
pays the photolab and the shipping service provider
directly. No processing fees will be applied.
Photographers must be on a monthly fee structure
in this scenario. |
